Students are encouraged to visit the library in between check-out days if they are in need of a new or different book. Battle of the Books Battle of the Books is a great opportunity for fifth grade students to challenge themselves in reading. The battle list is a collection of forty highly acclaimed novels. I hope to see many fifth graders participating in battle this coming year. It is a huge undertaking, so start reading now fourth graders! For more information read this newsletter.
